We provide professional window cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties.
The customer must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas that require cleaning.
We may be unable to clean windows that are blocked by obstacles (e.g. locked gates, overgrown plants, parked vehicles).
If access is not possible on the day of service, a call-out fee may be charged.
We operate in most weather conditions, but may postpone services in cases of heavy rain, strong winds, or icy surfaces where safety could be compromised.
If rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
Ensure that all windows are closed before the scheduled cleaning time.
Notify us in advance of any delicate or damaged windows.
Keep pets and children away from the working area during the service.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated missed appointments may result in service termination.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to rectify any issues at no extra cost, where reasonable.
We are fully insured for public liability.
We take the utmost care during all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our service.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we encounter abusive behavior, unsafe working conditions, or consistent non-payment.
Customer details are kept confidential and are never shared with third parties.
We may use before-and-after photos for marketing, but will never identify properties or individuals without permission.
